Terms of Service

Cancellations & Appointment Waitlist

In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment, please allow a minimum of 24hrs notice so we may fill the previously booked spot with someone from our waitlist.

We understand that COVID19 or other circumstances may impact your ability to provide this amount of notice, so we do not currently charge a late cancellation fee. However clients who have not given sufficient notice for cancellations on more than one occasion may be asked to pay a cancellation fee prior to booking any new appointments.

In the event that we cannot find a time for a booking with your preferred practitioner at a time that suits your schedule, we will add you to our appointment waitlist and will notify you as soon as possible, should any suitable appointment times become available.

Supplement Orders

We do our best to ensure we are always stocked up on our client’s regular product purchases. In the event that we do not have a product ready in clinic for you, we may be able to order the product in for you and notify you when it is ready to collect, or arrange postage to you at a small additional cost. We are also able to arrange your supplements to be sent to you on a recurring basis if needed!

To place an order for a supplement, please fill out the enquiry form on our NEW Online Order page. Any questions, please call us on (08) 9592 7360 or email us at info@bayshorenaturopathic.com.au

Please note that we cannot supply supplements to walk-ins who have not seen a practitioner at our clinic, unless a supplement schedule or script is able to be supplied.

If you would like to order a product in the clinic and are not a regular client of ours, we may also require pre-payment to place the order for the product on your behalf.

Please note that supplements ordered into the clinic can only be held for up to 4 weeks maximum. If you are not able to collect your supplements from the clinic within that timeframe, we recommend opting for a postage option.

Due to supplement expiry and quality control issues, Bayshore NC reserves the right to return your supplements to the shelf for resale and you will not be eligible for a refund if you have not collected within the designated period. Orders placed for supplements online are subject to these terms and conditions.
